In addition we are dedicated to responsible email sending and honest business practices!
Our 6 No Spam / Responsible Email Sending Policies
1. Subscriber Confidentiality:
We do not share, sell, or otherwise make available our subscriber database (the email address and other information of our subscribers) with any entity outside our company.
2. This Newsletter Is Double "Opt-In":
Every person who joins our service must do so by using one of the "signup forms" on this web site, or other web sites. This is considered the first "opt-in".
After filling in the "sign-up form" an email is sent to the email address that was entered into the form. The person must read this email and click on the link that is in the email to "confirm" that they did indeed signup for this service and agree to join it. This is the second "opt-in".
Now person is ever sent email until they signup AND "confirm" their subscription. So each recipient of our email has "opted in" twice!
3. Subscribers Can 'Opt-Out' (Unsubscribe) At Any Time.
Every email that we send contains a "remove link" at the bottom of the email. Subscribers can use this link to be removed at any time!
In addition to the "remove link" that is contained in EVERY email we send. There is also a "remove form" on our web site that people use to remove their email address.
Once removed from our database a subscriber is never email again! Unless they join again in the future.
4. A Record Is Kept, In Case We Are Accused Of Sending Spam:
We keep a record of every "subscription" that includes:
The Name, Email, & IP address of the subscriber.
The date & time the subscriber "signed up". (1'st 'Opt-in')
The date & time the subscriber "confirmed" subscription (2'nd 'Opt-in').
This record is kept only to defend ourselves in the event that we are accused of sending spam (unsolicited commercial email). Otherwise this record is kept confidential, in accordance with policy #1.
5. No False Headers:
We do not use false headers or attempt to hide our identity in any way. Every email that we send is sent from our own SMTP servers, all headers and email addresses are valid.
6. Easy To Filter / Always From The Same Email Address:
Every email we sent is from the same email address (the "from" and "reply to" address never changes). This means our subscribers can easily 'redirect' or 'delete' the emails that we send out using the "filter option" of most common email clients (email software).
